Our purpose is to keep you
updated on the events, legislative progress, and other information in order to
help you help us protect your individual freedom.
We are a motorcyclist rights organization interested in maintaining
freedom of choice by providing education instead of making legislation to protect citizens from ourselves.
We are not
against wearing helmets but we do not want to be forced to wear them. We are competent, tax paying, law abiding, voting adult
citizens and do not feel that we need to be told how to protect ourselves while engaged in our pursuit of happiness.
We feel
motorcyclists have the same rights as automobile drivers, so we helped have legislation passed to make antique and personalized
tags available for motorcycles.
We also try to keep an eye on any other legislative issues that impact our membership, such as
discrimination in health insurance, prohibitions on motorcycle access to federal and state parks, and mandates for unnecessary
"safety" equipment.
Our organization is open to all concerned parties, regardless of what brand motorcycle they
prefer to ride or even if they ride at all.
